Created on a MS20mini. The Highpass filter acts as a sub bass. You want it to follow the keyboard - that only works properly in a range of about 8 semitones...a lot of one tuning between the modulation amount and frequency might be necessary. the volumes in the VCO mixer a also crucial to how much of the Highpass sub bass comes through. Set the decay time of EG2 very, very short. Also add some (minimal) white noise. The mod wheel determines its loudness.
