Duophony organ grind/noise

This patch has some cool fake duophony care of the S&H that plays nicely with manual filter sweeps. The two cutoff frequency controls and the ESP signal level control the amount of drive to the filters. Momentary switch does pitch bend, and control wheel brings in some noise.
