Kick Drum - Snappy and warm

Feedback kick drum with snappy attack and warm tail. Use EG1 attack to tune the snap, EG2 decay for length, and ESP high and low cut to tweak the sound to taste. MG square wave is controlling tempo. Rev 1 filter sounds harder than Rev 2 on this patch.
